Julivno is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry – which is why we offer a 365-Days Warranty for all purchases of jewelry and 2 Years for Watches.
If your product damages, fades, or breaks, the Guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the same product (This includes size and color) - all that we ask is you cover the shipping cost. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
What’s Not Covered:
- Lost or stolen items
- Accidental damage (e.g. crushed, bent, etc.)
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
- Additional replacements beyond the one-time warranty
